Richard Dow - President

Mr. Dow's background includes founding member of N.F. Doweave, Inc. the original corporation for triaxial fabric development, 24 years at Kulicke and Soffa, Industries, Inc. (K&S) a semiconductor assembly equipment manufacturer and a partner in TSI. While at K&S, Mr. Dow developed Core Via, a co-woven fiberglass/copper wire material for low cost BGA substrates as well as being chief FEA analyst, machine development Program Manager and IT Director.

Stephen Kryven - CEO

Mr. Kryven’s background includes Nuclear Research Corporation responsible for radiation monitor structures and mechanisms in support of government contracts, K&S and Palomar Technologies. While at K&S Mr. Kryven was responsible for design of new and upgraded indexing systems, Manager of a production engineering group and Manager of Sustaining Engineering to help K&S transition to lean manufacturing.

Michael Deley - VP Business Development

Mr. Deley’s background includes strategically and tactically championing world-class high value technology products and services while fostering customer relationships through sales, marketing, and operational excellence. At Averatek, Mr. Deley is establishing start-up B2B partnerships and driving sales activity with OEMs, PCB mfg, EMS providers and both chemistry and equipment suppliers serving Industrial, Defense, Medical and Textile markets. At Micross Components, Mr. Deley was U.S. Managing Director. While at FCI, Mike owned U.S. Sales responsibility including Top Tier Mil-Aero accounts. At K&S Mike was Global Director of Product Marketing for the leader in Back-end Semiconductor assembly and at Quad Systems Mike was R&D Eng. Manager and held the core patent which enabled the company’s success.
